I have worked with DeeDee for over a year now and I have found her validation and knowledge in attachment theory very beneficial to my healing journey. She has not only given me the space to express my emotions in a healthy way but has also made things clearer as to why I act the way I do and a better understanding of my life. I would recommend her to anyone interested in a patient and supporting therapist to help with attachment issues!

DeeDee has a very comforting presence.  I feel at ease and like I'm not going to be judged at all.  She's great at listening and then breaking down the meanings of what I say.

Something that really stood out to me was when my therapist texted me out of nowhere a coping strategy she came across that she thought would help me out. It made me feel well cared for and less like a client and more like a person, and I knew I made the right choice in a therapist. I feel more stable knowing I can contact DeeDee whenever I need some extra help.

Working with Deedee has truly been one of the transformative and enlightening experiences I have had and I am so incredibly grateful to have had her at my side. I have seen other counselors in the past but I have never felt more comfortable, validated, and acknowledged as I have felt with her. I don’t think I would have grown to be the person I am presently had I not met her and allowed her to help me with my journey. Thank you so much Deedee, you’re the best!

I really appreciate how kind, honest, and understanding DeeDee has been, she meets me where I am and is really truly understanding and supportive. I’ve learned and am still slowly learning how to better there for myself and put myself first sometimes and overcome past issues that have been impacting me for too long. She’s been supportive and kind and knowledgeable throughout this process and I’m grateful.

DeeDee, (Therapist)

I started to see Dee Dee when I was in a very rough place in my marriage. I fell out of love with my husband and in love with someone else and really hated myself. I needed someone to listen, cry, and talk to. I needed to know my feelings were valid and that it was okay to leave my husband. What I love about Dee Dee is that she just listens and guides me. She goes on the journey with me and gives me constructive feedback. She doesn’t tell me what to do. I love how she is always very supportive and non judgmental. I feel safe opening up to her and I always leave her office feeling better than when I walked in. She truly is amazing at what she does!

Thank you for being a thoughtful and kind support system!

Deedee is very easy to talk too. I don’t feel like I’m being forced to be open. I would say going to her and saying things out loud helps me to realize what action I need to take next in life and reflect on things easier. It’s a safe space to talk openly about things.

DeeDee has truly been one of the highlights of my year. I was looking for a space where I felt seen, heard and most of all never judged and I definitely found that with her. We have worked through many topics from codependency to self love and respect. She has always been able to adjust to my needs when it comes to scheduling and other arrangements like having to do virtual sessions at times because of my work schedule which I really appreciate.

My time with DeeDee has been very impactful. I’ve learned how to set better boundaries with my loved ones, how to cope with the anxiety of a high stress job, and how to listen to my feelings instead of running from them.
