In her own words ...

I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and have never left. I love the brightness that we have here in Florida, all of the time. I am a proud UCF Knight, which is where I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from.

With my Bachelor’s Degree, I began my professional career as an Athletic Trainer. I love the human body and understanding the way that it works. This led me to being a Head Athletic Trainer and College and Career Specialist at a local high school. I realized through these positions that I enjoy working with adolescents through this developmental period of their lives, as well as with an individual in an athletic setting. Not only do I love treating their injuries and educating them on their future, but I especially love being a person for them to confide in.

This has always been my personality and passion in life. I am a helper and always want everyone around me to be living their best life. But in the down times, I have always been an open ear and a non-judgemental voice to my friends and family, which led me to the Helping Profession. I enjoy being able to help individuals physically, but love being able to touch on the mental aspect.

Completing my Graduate Degree at UCF allowed me to work with clients of all different types of shape and makeup and unique abilities. I have thoroughly enjoyed building these relationships and look forward to building more here at Seasons Counseling Orlando. I have a passion for working with anyone who would like to make positive changes in their life. I have worked with individuals with a wide variety of diagnosis, and if we are both willing to work toward progress, progress will be made and positive life changes will occur.

Along with loving my work, and educational aspirations, I enjoy live music and sports. On any given day you can find me jamming out to some country music, enjoying the outdoors, and rooting on my teams on game day! I smile a lot, laugh a lot, and live my life by the motto “Hakuna Matata.” My dream is to be a part of as many peoples’ journeys as possible!
