Limited Resources? There's hope.
UPDATE: We currently do have a UCF Intern. She is currently accepting consultations and sessions.
Through a unique partnership with University of Central Florida’s graduate program in Mental Health Counseling, Seasons Counseling Orlando is able to offer qualifying clients and their families access to counseling services for a reduced fee.
How does it work?
Counselors are graduate students completing the internship portion of UCF's program and can assist children, couples, individuals, and families. All sessions are overseen by Seasons Counseling Orlando’s Practice Director and Clinical Supervisor, Dan Marcone, LMHC.
Sessions with a Graduate Counseling Intern are typically 45-50 minutes in length. Fees are low (about $35 per session) and charged on a sliding scale based on income. Referrals are made to outside sources when necessary. All sessions are confidential.
The UCF Master’s Degree program in Mental Health Counseling adheres to the ethical standards of the American Counseling Association and is nationally accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Education Programs (CACREP). The program is also ranked as one of the top 10 graduate counseling programs n the nation by the US News and World Report (2016).
